This is from St. Augustine, Bishop of Hippo, 354-430 A.D. Disciples of the Way (now known as Christians) have always echoed Christ in exhorting all to forgive and seek forgiveness. The beauty of this truth has been confirmed by multiple scientific studies that show holding grudges literally ruins your health. Even if you don't belive in God, improve your health: forgive.
